Some Clarification on the Shooting Gallery Change

Mesa Changes
•    Mesa’s Shooting Gallery will now grant her a permanent buff, but Allies will still have it rotate. 

 

The Shooting Gallery change kinda confuses me for some reason, it must not be clicking or something in my head.

The Permanent Buff part is what is making me very confused. Is it permanent after the first time i cast it?  

I have no idea why this is confusing me but it is. Pretty annoying.

there are two "Lasso's". one for Mesa, one for all other Players that rotates.

The old shooting gallery had it's duration split between following a single ally, so mesa would be left without it for a while.  Now it still splits it's duration to follow allies, but while it is following allies, a 'duplicate' version is on Mesa for the full duration of the ability.

Yeah. Before, there was only one "Lasso", so the effect wouldn't always be on yourself if you played with other people.

The buff is only "permanent" while the ability is active, not for the entire duration of the mission after it is cast. You get the buffs the entire duration and it still switches between allies.

Quick question then, do allies get a third of the duration now instead of only a quarter?
