If I buy Volt, Mag or Excalibur from the Conclave syndicate. Do they come with an reactor and warframe slot?

Only items bought with plat have potatoes and slots with them

If they came with Warframe slots, you could essentially farm Warframe slots by continually buying the Warframes and selling them after you get them. It would be pretty overpowered, depending on how much syndicate you can get per day, so no, they don't.

Meh, it's just 20p, you can farm some Mods / Prime parts
(or even 50k Standing from the regular Syndicates for 2 Augments)
one Hek of a lot easier / faster than gaining 60k Conclave Standing
(at least in my experience, might be different if you're not utter at PVP lol).
