Glitch or new Frost nerf?

Just finished a short excavation on Earth with a build I've enjoyed for a while.

All the sudden, I cast a globe half the size it should be, as if my range was back down to 100%. Meters away, I cast a much larger globe—the one I created this build to do (range 235%).

This kept happening through the match. I've never seen this before, so I'm asking your opinion. Is this a map-specific glitch or a new nerf to Frost coming online?

Glitch, I have had it before in very laggy games when casting multiple globes to stack health

That glitch has been around for a while just recast and it should go back to normal

Glitch...wow sure haven't seen that one in a while tho. The Last time was about 2 years ago when globes kept sizing down from Max to min range and stopped at random Ranges.

 

They didn't Stack back then and the pot had like 4 different sized globes attached to it throughout the game ?
