Using a craftable item that requires 50 scans of uncommon or rare plants re-enables one ability, randomly chosen by RNG. Now, it takes 10 primed mods to fully rank it, and players who managed to fully rank the new mod before the fix will have the Mk-1 Braton replacing it.
