Bought Kavat starter kit, still can't breed kavats

Hi. I bought the Kavat starter kit from the market, and relogged. My ship now shows the upgraded incubator

However, when I open it:

It does not let me access the Kavat Option. I have 14 imprints atm, so I don't know why this isn't working. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a bug id contact support by sending in a ticket they are most likely to know whats going on

Have you got a kavat segment? It Does not come in starter kit. Found on grineer kavat masters or in the tenno lab.

You are missing the upgrade segment

Build it in your dojo or buy it separately from the market

You can see in the screneshot that the incubator has been upgraded. It took on this appearance after buying the starter kit, going to my dojo, and returning.

No, only kubrow breeding is there

U have to have another one called Kavat breeding and it needs an upgrade segment as i told u

Then why does it have the genetic imprint showing on the pedestal instead of a kubrow egg?

You can have the imprints but you need an upgrade segment

Here you go, i fixed it

It will shoe the genetic codes because you have them but u need the segment upgrade to build them

it was the same with the kubrow as i remember

You got the upgrade segment blueprint with the starter kit. Go to your foundry and use your 10 genetic codes to build the upgrade segment. Then once done install it into the incubator. Now you will realize the starter kit is not everything you need to breed a Kavat, just like I did. So then go collect another 10 genetic codes before you can make a Kavat.
