Did it persist after the mission? Or the second spell of Saryn. Also, did you try to log off or restart your pc ? Usually this king of graphical bug disappear quite quickly after it. I don't remember the squad setup exactly but I know for sure we didn't have a Mirage or Saryn. The effect goes away after the mission ends. I'm with these guys here that it looks like Mirage's Total Eclipse Augment at work, but since you mentioned not having a Mirage I'm curious if you could give me a bit more detail on what else happened in the mission when you noticed your Nova Prime losing texture.
