Suspended from chat?

REALLY dunno where to put this so if it needs to be moved, please let me know.

I received a chat suspension I guess? Wasn't aware of it at the time, just figured people stopped responding to me and I got kicked. But I relogged and my region/trade/recruit chat is only "Your access to this channel has been suspended." What's the deal?

Not that I'm aware. The conversation that seemed to have earned my suspension was me asking peoples' thoughts/speculations on the inevitable damage rework.

I suppose it is a temporary ban, as any kick I've had from being stupid before would have been undone by now.

Is there any way of finding out why I'd been banned? Or is that something I would have to go through support to do?

It's been a couple hours now and still no change. I understand waiting a week is the recommendation but when a majority of my time in this game is spent in the region chat, well... it's a little deterring to my experience.

Another five hours later, still suspended and zero response. I don't expect anything to be done instantly but I sent a ticket and asked here, and would like some insight into this at any mod's earliest convenience, please and thank you.
