I just got past the point where I have to scan the chroma once but after that I tried to get to the last part of the quest but when I click on the quest, nothing happens... what can I do to go on to the last quest?

I guess you need to build the chroma parts first.

Not the case. OP, you must build specialized Beacons designed to supplant the Chroma Warframe Parts as said parts are now in Junction Rewards.

I did build all the little chroma orb looking parts...
