So im trying to make the sunrise Apothic ran out of scans i can do for it now im stuck i cant scan them and so i cant make them I'm only 12 in and i need 25 any ideas on wat need to do to get more ?

Do asteroid missions. They are 2d objects so they aren't seen as easily as other plants, but they have the upside of having 100% spawn chance in the specific spots in specific tiles. Remember where you find them as they will ALWAYS be in the same spots if you find the same tile again.

Either go to the market and buy more scanners, under gear, I think, or help Simaris to get the infinite Syntesis Scanner

 I was looking right at it tried to scan it and it was red and then down below the scanner said unranked scanner and i know you can only scan things 12 times before you cant scan it anymore now i know you probable should be getting that from this maybe but it is

Scanned with Helios? Helios only scanns things until the codex entry is complet.

Buy more scanners from the market or synthesis scanners from Simiaris and scan the Vesta moss manually.

the Helios did not seem to do anything even though i was standing there looking right at it for 10 min waiting and agin i have 1300 scanner currently im not out of scanners

Helios only scans until codex entry is complete.

then basically im totally screwed since i cant scan in any way and im not able to make the item gg

You can scan items that are completed in the codex. Just scan it manually. You can only scan each once, but you can do so even when the codex entry is complete.
And use punctuation, it's difficult to understand you.

Manually ? if your talking about using the scanner looking at it and scanning with the codex scanner itself instead of the helios then yea i tried that. It red and it dont let me scan it at all.

1. equip the Synthesis Scanner in your gear wheel
2. join a grineer asteroid mission
3. press and hold [Q] (default setting)
4. mouse over the Synthesis Scanner to equip them
5. hold down right click to aim
6. use left click to scann
7. sometimes the vestan moss is difficult to scan since its kinda inside the rock so just slowly aim over it till you hear a sound (or just keep left click hold down all the time so it starts scanning if there is a spot)
8. if you want to unequip the scanner open the gear wheel again and select the scanner again or just switch weapons like you usually do

yea i figure that wat you mean. ok so i tried that and when i did it was red which i believe means that you cant scan it no more because it was already completed. So bit confused on how I'm suppose to scan even though I have completed the codex sorry if im a bit slow but seem I'm not getting it.

There's no limit on how many times you can scan stuff. Are you sure you're holding down LEFT mouse button (fire)? You can look through the scanner without scanning, with right mouse button (aim).

Actually maybe not let me try that i might been using the wrong button to scan it. Get back to you in a few mins and let you know if I had any luck ty. :)

yep that was the solution ty :) i dint realize there was 2 modes to the scanner itself lol.

There is usually only 2 moss per room and on some occasions there is only 1.   Save time by scanning first 2 you find then move on.

I wasted alot of time looking - and there simply is just not more than 2 in MOST rooms.
