Missing Halloween gift message [solved: incompetence]

Quick question about the gift message that people got at the start of the halloween event:

Do I need to fulfill any prequesites to get it? My inbox is empty with the only halloween related messages being the 3 reward messages for the event missions (including the sigil, the potatoe and the blue potatoe).

I wouldn't even have know there was such a thing as a halloween gift if I hadn't seen people talking about the randomness of said gift.

 

Any ideas? Otherwise I will try my luck with a support ticket.

 

Edit: Don't mind me... I didn't get that you have to go to the WF homepage first... It seems I am too tired already.

I wish there was an option to delete topics in here.
