If the wiki is to be believed you don't have enough XP to rank up. Note that if you have enough XP to rank up, when in the liset if you press escape the XP bar that appears under your name will be flashing orange to indicate you are ready to level up. 0 Magnitude98 Posted November 7, 2016 Share Posted November 7, 2016 Press "ESC" > Go up to your name > Click "Rank Up" > Complete the mission without failing > You will now have a new mastery rank. The rooms in Cepahlon Simaris's area are PRACTICE ONLY. It will not count & if you fail your mastery test, you will NOT get the rank. You will have to re-try in 24 hours. Mastery Rank doesn't restrict you that much. At least there are no missions locked behind mastery. Press "ESC" > Go up to your username > Click "Rank Up" > Complete the mission > Screen should go white > Back in Liset you will get a pop-up saying you have new load-out spaces > You will now have a new mastery rank.
