For riven mods, does the mutalist quanta accept quanta mods like the quanta vandal?

I have seen Riven mods specifically called "Mutalist Quanta...", so I assume they're separate.

Mutalist Cernos is not in Cernos family, this is different weapon.

Rivens can be applied to any weapon in the same family. For example, Latron Riven is applicable to both Latron Wraith and Latron Prime.

Right... but he asked about mutalist quanta, which is not part of the same family as the quanta. I was just illustrating the point.

Mutalist weapons are not part of the same "family" of weapons compared to other suffixes e.g Prime, Wraith, Dex, Vandal
