You might be missing credits, or don't have the required item to sacrifice for

I assume you have enough standing, in which case you are short credits and/or missing the item they require. 

If you could post a picture of the requirement screen it would be helpful.

I read the title in a completely different meaning.. Like said above though, the 3 sacrifice requirments are enough standings; that 1 built part; and the credits
