I may have to give stealth runs another go- mostly however- i'm looking forward to trying out the mothballed rhino again, i still think a % reduction is better solution (as it scales to difficulty better) but should be applied to both shields and health while iron skin is active and immunity to knockdown/stagger/stun maintained. even so, 1600 max might well be worth it for most content.
