I haven't tried it this week but it would often just fail to execute enemies from time to time and of course there's some enemies you just can't execute at all. 0 taiiat Posted December 17, 2016 Share Posted December 17, 2016 most common occurrences of not functioning is trying to perform a Combat Finisher on an Enemy which your Melee Weapon doesn't have a Combat Finisher for. or a Stealth Finisher in the same regard, Et Cetera. 0 DeckChairVonBananaCamel Posted December 18, 2016 Share Posted December 18, 2016 many things can stop a fatal teleport As taiiat said many enemies just cant be finished by certain weapons, resulting in a fatal teleport working like a regular teleport D3me was right with the confined spaces and certain animations. But also if the enemy is simply moving too fast it can fail as by the time the teleport animation finishes the enemy is no longer close enough to the destination to be hit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
