The war within wtf

I'm at the golden maw stage of the war within and I cannot for the life of me do it so I thought I'd do what I normally do when I get stuck go kill some stuff for half hour then have another go, only every time I start up Warframe again it takes me straight back to the golden maw I'm just like wtf any ideas would be greatly appreciated

in a nut shell you must beat the mission TWW befor you can progress to another mission

I got a little stuck there too. This video helped me just go to the 21:10 mark. It will all be clear.

Well, you do get a warning before you board the Kuva Fortress that you will be locked out of normal gameplay until the quest is finished. Should have been no surprise.
