Exilus slot

When exactly should i use that slot? 
Does putting a mod in that slot is different from putting it in a normal slot ? 
Is it just a bonus slot or it has an effect?

Just a bonus

Putting it in a normal slot will in loosing one for another card

it's reserved for an exilus mod, exilus mods can be put in exilus and normal mod slot but not aura slot, aura mods can be put only in aura slot, normal mods can only be put in normal mod slot

That mod slot is made to hold its namesake, Exilus mods. 

These mods don't give major boosts, if any at all, to your base ability stats. They're mainly used for maneuvering and "utility" mods, such as Intruder or Warm Coat. 

Some of the most used Exilus mods are Lua Principle Mods. These are mods that you obtain from the challenge rooms, the Seven Halls of Ascension, on our Moon. The reason these are used the most is because they give small boosts to your base ability stats. 

Putting a mod in this slot does not give it any particular extra function, it's only an additional card slot that holds particular mods. There is an icon depicting what mods can go within the slot.

Its basically an additional slot for putting in a exilus mod. It functions like a normal mod slot.

Its just a normal additional mod slot, but you can place only exilus mods (those have own category, with {^} like symbol) that normally you would not use like Rush or Master Thief. Exilus mods can be placed on any slot, but only exilus mods can be placed on exilus slot.

Exilus mods dont affect warframe abilities stats with exception of Drift mods.

Basically: Unlock Exilus on any warframe you play a lot AND on which you use any Exilus mod (they're marked with a little icon at the top center). Other than the Drift mods, Rush is also a popular Exilus mod to give you that extra bit of speed in getting around the levels.

That would be just fine to put there. Its a helpful mod, like all of the parkour speed mods.

There's also two Warframe augments that fit in the exilus slot, one for Nova and one for Valkitty. Just something to consider if you're using them frames.
