I don't think so...Every frame i can Think of needs at least Plastids or Nanospores to Build. Evanescent
Well my headcanon is a bit dark but y'all asked so here goes. The adults on the ship gained powers and went mad. As stated in TWW, they 'became animals'.The children gained the ability to undergo transference. The orokin took the surviving adults and tried to harness their powers. When they discovered that the children could control them, they decided to turn them into surrogate bodies so the Tenno could be made to use the powers. This is why the Warframes have specific body shapes, gender, and powers. The orokin took the living people and sculpted them into these creations, trapping them in steel and forcing their minds into submission with technocyte strains. So indeed the mass produced warframes are clones of the original subjects who were turned into the instruments we puppet today. This is also why no-one has been able to replicate warframe technology, as no-one but us holds the genetic data, stored probably in helminth's biological repository. The nascent minds would explain why they have been mentioned to 'feel' things, awakening to torture, as seen in Valkyr, or to threats and strong emotions as seen in various warframe lore and in the second dream. Sounds logical and a bit Warhammer 40k like. How they do it with the Spacemarine geneseed
