"Missing" Riven Mods

I've seen a couple threads about disappearing Rivens courtesy Google's search.

But I've got an interesting wrinkle. 

My Rivens show up in my mods console right up till I max them out, then the only time I can see them is when I am checking my loadout with the appropriate weapon equipped.

To sum up, I cannot see my max rank Riven mods, but the mods that are not maxed out I can see perfectly fine.

Is this a known issue or am I SOL?

Sounds like you have your Filters (button in the lower right) set to hide maxed Mods, then.

So the question becomes, when did I turn that off...
