heskaroid
this thread is a stupid idea Yeah I know most of you guys are gonna be like "TENNO WINZ CUZ THEY GOT VOID", but how about we set up some rules for the bosses? For the tenno: We know that they have the upper advantage of almost everything; speed, strength, reflexes, stuff like that. To make it fair for the bosses we have to tone it down by 40% enough that the tenno would fight the same as the player characters of the Dark Souls universe. There is also no way for the tenno to gain energy as the abilities' efficiency will also be toned down to balance both sides. For example: Rhino's iron skin will have reduced HP and resistance. Saryn's molt have a 30% chance of distracting a boss and wont synergize with miasma or spores. Spores' efficiency and damage are reduced as well including miasma. Excalibur's exalted blade's damage will be reduced by 50% and his blind ability wouldn't work well. The tenno's mobility are nerfed by 40%, forcing them to rely on rolling. Bullet jumps work but they can't fly up too high. Also they will only use melee weapons of your choice, especially primed weapons but again at reduced effectiveness. Basically all of the tenno's abilities are weakened. If you think it's unfair then you're a funny human being because the tenno are literally powerful. But even with that the bosses are still no match for them right? Not in my watch. They get to have a 200% buff in everything like damage, HP, damage resistance, etc etc. That brings most bosses to an equal fighting level as the tenno, They get to resort to more "THIS IS NOT FAIR!", bed of chaos type of attacks if they are at the brink of defeat. Let's begin. Rhino vs Asylum Demon Valkyr vs Raime (NOTE: Hysteria will instead give her a 60% damage resistance) Oberon vs Pinwheel Excalibur vs Knight Artorias Chroma vs Kalameet Nekros vs Gravelord Nito (he can use his ult to summon his own skeletons, but Nito can do the same) Zephyr vs Nameless King (to make it fair for her, she will gain 25% increase in damage, hp, and resistance. She can also fly) Volt and another Rhino vs Ornstein and Smough Another Chroma vs Sinh Also another Chroma vs Ancient Dragon And also another Chroma vs Guardian Dragon Atlas vs Dragonslayer Armour Frost vs Vordt of the Boreal Valley. All of the warframes above vs Soul of Cinder (the boss gets a 600% buff :3 and there can be only one Chroma) Edited March 28, 2017 by heskaroid
Eidolon_Slayer
Dark Soul bosses slow enough for an average fully armored knight to easily evade most attacks. A ninja would have no problem.
(PSN)watt4hem
1. With how much you tone down, can we still call them warframes? Things i could see get toned down if a human were to wear it would just be stamina (old system). 2. Do we still have modded weapons like a primed furry galatine prime? Does the redeemer count? 3. Can we use gears? To be fair, souls have gears too. 4. Are revives a thing? 5. Do elementals work? Some bosses get staggered by fire and such in bloodborne. If 3 and 4 is a yes then we'd win, mostlikely yes. If not then it could go either way. Another thing to note : we roll much faster since we essentialy wear paper thin suits yet as durable as a tank, and the souls games' give you a brief invincibility frame on dodges. (XBOX)ZebsterOggywan
Well since Warframe are inmortals and the operator isnt nerf, It would be a very easy win for an operator with arcanes
TheArmchairThinker
Well, unless you break a leg for sure, any CC warframe can stop the bosses on their tracks and you just shoot or whack them until they die Some I can think off - Frost * Freeze : stops enemies on direct hit, slow on area blast * Avalanche : wrecks armor/defense (if there's any) and stop movements for a short duration - Gara * Mass vitrify : progressive slow until enemies come to full stop - Nezha * Divine Spears : turn enemies into meat skewers, unable to do anything * Blazing Chakram : burns and make enemies take more damage - Vauban * Bastille : leave them hanging while losing armor There are more you can look
Soy77
nekros: revives a 5 years old thread. anyway, warframes are required to enter a mission with at least one weapon. my pick would be my 5 forma heavily pimped out kuva zarr.
