Friend wants to get back into WF but forgot which e-mail he used

Does support deal with cases like this? He knows the password for sure but cannot remember which e-mail address he registered with. Not sure if I should tell him to just create a new account (obviously needs to make one anyway for the ticket) or make a ticket and potentially make him wait for 2 weeks for an answer. His last login is also like 640 days ago so there's a another problem if support doesn't want to deal with things that old.

If he can't prove that it's his, then support won't tell him anything (because it's personal information and he can be an impostor for all they know). If he remembers the IGN then MAYBE he can ask them to send a reset link to the mail, so that he can find his account if he still has that mail.

No, that doesn't happen, I logged in to my old account after about 3 years and it was still active (the account was from closed-beta or something close to that).

So what's the problem? How many e-mail addresses he have? 2-3-4-5-10000?

try with one... not this one... try another... done.

Yeah.

Or hammer them into password reset and see which one doesn't error.
