I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

Ground Rules:

  • Rounds are on Wednesdays
    • Everyone gets one, if I can.
    • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
    • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
    • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
  • No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
  • If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
  • Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
  • "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
  • I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

  • Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
  • Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
  • Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

a request for french players: the first four bar of Joueur du Grenier's opening. Here is an episode to hear the opening; at the 11-th minute of this episode you can see why having a loop on the first four bar may be fun (...or not). (Joueur du Grenier is a french equivalent of AVGN; very popular among french-speaking videos).

Every cover of the beginning of All Star is off for a reason, and that reason is that the Mandachord doesn't have the Bb near the start of the second measure.  You can put an A or a C there; they both sound wrong but I think the A sounds slightly less wrong.

I just have one request. I've been fiddling with this mandachord for an hour or so and can't seem to get much to work very well. Not sure if it's even possible but Linkin Park: New Divide ; when I was playing with colors on Octavia my first thought was she kind of looks like an autobot and that song from Transformers started running through my head. If you can make it work, thank you loads; and if not thanks all the same. You've done some amazing work with all these songs and I applaud you for being able to navigate the mandachord so well! ^_^
