I'm still trying to do rounds once a week, but for the foreseeable future the actual day is going to vary because of reasons.  Contests will still be on the weekends on my YouTube Channel.

• Rounds are on Wednesdays
  • Everyone gets one, if I can.
  • If I've done a request for you then please wait two weeks before requesting another.
  • If I'm backlogged then I may not get to yours for a few rounds.
  • If you have a list then I'm only going to go through the top 3, so please try to narrow it down.
• No "extended" music links, please, just the original one time through is much easier to work with.
• If you have a particular section of the song in mind then make sure you mention it.
• Please don't PM me with requests.  Just leave it on the thread and I'll get to it when I can. 
• "Can you do anything from ______?"  You're going to have to narrow it down to specific songs for me.  I don't have omniscient knowledge of all music, yet.
• I don't really take Shawzin requests; not enough time and something had to give.

A: You don't, not until Octavia returns with the Prime Vault.  In the meantime, substitute these:

• Bombast Percussion -> Gamma Percussion
• Bombast Bass -> Beta Bass
• Bombast Melody -> Epsilon for slow melodies, gamma for fast ones

I tried this a few weeks ago, and got as far as uploading it before deciding it was too terrible to post publicly.  You tell me how bad it is.

Maybe a visual aid would help?  This is Luigi's Mansion:

These are the notes you have to work with on the Mandachord, transposed into the same key of C minor:

Here's Luigi's Mansion again, annotated.  Orange notes are present but not in the same octave, red notes are not present at all:

It's basically chromatic, which means it hits several consecutive notes on the 12-note chromatic scale.  There's no way that's going to fit into the Mandachord and retain anything close to the same sound.  

The main theme of Sonic Rooftop Run has the same basic issue.  Here's how it goes:

It's in A major.  Here's the Mandachord's range transposed to the same key (the relative minor of F#):

And here's all the wrong octave notes and missing notes:

The bottom 3 notes, plus the C# towards the end of the second measure, are four consecutive notes on the chromatic scale.  It's anti-Mandachord.

I've had enough practice now that I can hear this kind of stuff right away.
