Components refers to weapon parts since they are acquired pre-built. All Prime Warframe parts are blueprints which need to be constructed. Once they have been constructed, they cannot be sold. Only weapon parts, like Receivers, Barrels, and Stocks (and others, like Strings, Limbs, etc).
