Don't think so, you activate it on the twitch site, little crown up by your name in the top right. Seems like it might automatically add it when you do. I went through all the steps, it now says "Added to your twitch account", and still shows the link underneath to link to your warframe account, which pops up my account info page along with alilas and password change tabs on the right, and at the top of that page it says "already linked". ive re logged maybe 7 times with no results Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
