Which is more effective to use on my Prisma Obex: True Steel or Organ Shatter?

I'd probably go for Organ Shatter, but I have a riven that does this already:

Is stacking crit damage with more crit damage more or less powerful than going with crit chance? Also, I'd like to see the math behind this stuff. Thanks :D

True steel is gonna be absolutely useless if you have blood-rush.
I don't think you'll reach Red-crits even with True steel so the multiplier won't go as far as that.
Getting 1.8x the damage sounds more neat to me ( Which will then be multiplied once you reach orange crits and whatsnot ).

At least that's how I see it without complicated math.

Blood rush is the only crit chance you really need, while more crit damage is always useful.

Looks like a fun build, but for more practicality, an alternative is dropping both true steel/organ shatter and fury, and putting two status/elemental mods.

give up fury and shattering impact and put in some elemental mods

in any build involving blood rush (especially on the fast-hitting prisma obex) crit chance will be a fairly moot point compared to crit damage, which basically becomes a guaranteed damage multiplier.
