Ideal Cernos Prime Build?

I'm trying to rework my Cernos Prime build right now.

 

My Current Build:

 - Serration

 - Split Chamber

 - Vital Sense

 - Point Strike

 - Stormbringer

 - Infected Clip

 - Shred

 - Speed Trigger

 

The Build I'm Considering:

 - Serration

 - Split Chamber

 - Vital Sense

 - Point Strike

 - Stormbringer

 - Infected Clip

 - Vile Acceleration

 - Primed Cryo Rounds

 

I'm not sure if this change is actually the right thing though.  More importantly, I don't want to invest the additional forma if the new build is still sub-optimal.  I know the additional Punch-Through from Shred isn't very useful, and the -15% damage from Vile Acceleration is negligible, but is this new build really the best thing I can make?  What's considered the "ideal" build?  What are your personal builds?  Thank you very much ahead of time in advance for all of your assistance and advice!

this was main serration.split.chamber.point strike.vital sense.2 element 90% vile accelartion.primed fast hand..

Really?  Is Primed Fast Hand really worth it?

Crash Course can also be considered since the weapon is mostly Impact.

Build all crit + Hunter Munitions and Vigilante Armaments. I can two-shot lvl130 corr heavy gunners with it.

i found with the innate arrow splitting and any mob past 5m    the best place for cernos prime...  is the circular file...   once you get it to 30 that is
