If you're asking about it because you linked your Twitch account, but didn't get the cape, it's because PoE hasn't dropped yet. You'll get the loot when it does.

If not, DE should have a list of linked accounts, and if it glitches, it would probably be widespread. So you don't have to much to worry about.

With the fact that these are tied to time spent watching and/or participating with partner streams I do not anticipate much issue. Firstly the Frost Prime Twitch bundle allowed for them to work out many kinks in the system so to speak. As long as you have your accounts linked you will be fine.

As spartan said. The twitch event will start with PoE's launch. Not before that.

Support ticket. Yet it shouldn't be a problem. Faeria does it all the time, You watch their monthly stream or partner and you get random rewards in game, the longer the better chance at items. The only problem will be finding a partner getting the achievement.

well once POE hits pc, idk how well it gonna be for the console players that watch the twitch streams n.n;; since they cant tell if gained the item once the streamer did the requirement for the reward to given out to the twitch viewers. Cause they wont get certain rewards till POE drops on console
