Edit: interestingly, the plus/minus sound still plays when you push the buttons. It is like the vendor has failing to sync the owned materials with the trade window. Loriela Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 I'm 200rep away from ranking up with the quills and after farming 12 sentient cores (enough for the rep and rank up) I could no longer turn in the cores for reputation, clicking + did nothing and manually typing the number I wanted to turn in resulted in it going back to 0 whenever I tried to confirm.
