Obtaining the PoE Sigil

I know we were supposed to get it by watching partners achieve the staying through the night thing but, I've watched a total of 5 people get it (live and I was logged in) and I still haven't gotten this thing.

This was before and after DE said they fixed the issue. 

My questions are; did I miss my last chance to get this thing? Did DE offer alternatives to getting it? 

Really annoyed by this, my collectors urge is freaking out right now.

There's a stream going to do it up right now, they're going into night in a hour or so.

even if you miss it for PC streamers there still chance for when PoE hits consoles that you can try an watch them for chance. As they might have the issues fixed by then
