DroopingPuppy
I am confused that why the people consider it good. It makes finishers an insta-kill, but isn't the finisher itself has already enough damage bonus to kill the enemy by once? So why we need it? It seems that there would be but I can't get this. 0 (XBOX)ultimategamerjr
Covert Lethality is for very, very high levels. If you are fighting level 200+ finishers can start to fall off, but with Covert Lethality you can easily kill things all the way up to level 9999
0 xXDeadsinxX
It’s a “good” mod in a sense to kill higher level enemies. It is overall a broken mod. Edited December 11, 2017 by xXDeadsinxX

0 Valathreon
A good tip for this mod is that Inaros works perfectly with it. Since it will insta-kill undetected enemies, if there's a high level enemy, like a Napalm or Eximus, who's shrugging of you normal attacks, you can throw sand in their face with Desiccation, since any attack on a desiccated enemy will count as undetected. 0 (XBOX)R3d P01nt
It can also OHKO Nox enemies. Try doing that with a regular stealth attack. It also adds 100 base damage to the weapon, which is usually a lot for daggers.
