Major differences in mirage prime head details between console and PC. Is this intended?

Hey. First off, I do wanna say the mirage prime design was excellent and in my opinion one of the best prime designs ever so far. I did however come across some key differences between the PC design and the console design as it pertains to mirage primes head/facial features. The first thing I noticed was the mirage prime mask coloring bug. As you will see I have a pic up of both pc version and console version so that you can see both have the same color scheme

Nothing really major in this bug. It’s just that the mask over her mouth should be matching the tertiary color zones. It currently matches with the primary color zones. But as I looked further I realized that there were some subtle yet glaring differences in the detailing of her facial features between the console version and the PC version as you’ll see here

The console version seems to be missing a great deal of detail in the eyes. At the top of the head, those golden accented circles to the left and right also seems to be fuller or thicker. The are a few more little differences as well when you take a closer look.

All in all this isn’t a dig or anything just something that I noticed along with a few other people I know both Xbox and ps4. Just wanting to know if there will be a fix for this or is this supposed to be as intended for consoles? Would really like a fix though though.

Well, the colour thing is a little odd, might just be an oversight.
The textures though I imagine are scaled down to reduce download and file size on console, if not that it might be that the texture on the face has actually fully bugged out, and the it's missing the details entirely as in those areas they use light refraction textures called 'Normal Maps' to make it appear if there is a 3D model there, when it's actually just a flat texture, you might be missing that detail entirely around the face.
