Here however is where you will really start to lose a lot of players long term.... A) this chat bot you have is awful, as it stands at this very moment i have all my chats in game suspended....why cause i responded to a troll....WHOM should have been tossed far earlier.This is not first time and now i cant even talk to squads , i cant communicate to guild....nothing.( see note on some surgery i just had how this gets worse cause of this) B) lack of in game tutorials , i saw that last dev stream and i saw two of the devs joke like its expected not to have tuts....or like if you cant find out screw you....hahah hehe ....NOT good guys thats a slip up Now i dont know i put ticket in i cant effectively play this game without communication and as i just bought some plat you can refund it or fix my chat... P.S. the other game companies do see you as a threat ...they are sending trolls here and in your chats and into peoples discords....when it comes to millions a bucks expect it....you need to drop that stupid bad awful chat bot....its making mistakes that are gonna cost you users and money....the tutorials well if you cant chat the whole games useless to play and you wont learn nothing..... DE don't care if other games accept certain meme words. They do not accept it in chat. Simple. I play for almost 2 years and never was suspended even when I talked and a lot. Why? Maaaybe not bc chat is that awful but maybe because I didn't use any words which could harm other people. There is troll? Report him instead of arguing, true troll won't be fixed by your effort anyway. It would help you to save nerves and chat aswell. If you have questions - sumbit a ticket with detailed explanation (and be gentle). DE are not perfect but they are not gamedev monsters whose only purpose is to suspend you from game. Also the last time i got a temp ban was cause of use of caps....ya know like in a proper way ...FOR EMPHASIS... So what your telling me is to do the charge back get my cash back and not patronize the game. DE will care when these trolls start baiting more paying players... ill quote the troll , he said "youtube keeps sending me gay porn to watch, what should i do?" I actually answered another users question about using assassination missions to get frame part drops, then responded to this guy whom said what he did again. i replied " i guess you can go watch gay porn on youtube cause they think your gay?" thats gets me a chat suspension????? the wtf moment is real at this game. A) if your gay its your business B) if you tube wants to gve you free porn ....good for you. C) if id not been suspended and he keep spamming i might have reported but ill never know. 11 hrs to go....if they dont care ....that message gets round too.... P.S. as they are in ontario where i live , did they know that they could be hiring disabled people whom could be paid min wage and get subsdized so that you have real chat people and are helping the game and doing it cheaply? ya see there is literally no excuse for ths kinda issue... laziness is just laziness....ticket is in long ago im not touching the game again and im gonna have to start not recommending hits game to anyone..i've played dozens a mmos and games with chats this is first time ive ever had these issues.... Though these chat suspensions are ridiculous too. There are 2 problems with chat at this point: People don't know which words can't be used. What's normal for a lot of players is getting them banned from chat. Solution - a list of banned words somewhere at forums and warnings before chat suspension. Chat suspension earned in one channel bans you from using chat at all, so you can't use squad or clan tab after saying that T-word in region. Why not make chat suspension individual for each chat tab? i never said it was game company doing it but this troll said the same thing more then once and never got banned, my actual quoted response above got my chat suspended....my roomate that dont play games laughed at DE suspending me as have a few others.... and like i said where in game is the game telling me that response is not appropriate if you are gay big deal if you want to go watch it big deal ....thats my response and i got not just banned from chat suspended...and right above my comment before that was helping a new user about using assassination missions to get frame parts and this suspension s for all the chats , i cant talk to clan , squad etc. tell me what i did that warrants this... I never said anything like that. But you are the one that wantet to respond. And if you said something wrong, then you get punished for that. And clearly you did something wrong. And DE doesn't have to tell you anything ingame. You accepted the EULA and the ToS. You can read them whenever you want. "i guess you can go watch gay porn on youtube cause they think you are gay? as a response to this troll or person asking "youtube is sending me gay porn to watch what do i do?" in a court a law your gonna have a real hard time even answering that in fact...the only reason you get the first poster cause it was not only time he said it but was worded differently. Also having just come into the chat you see me respond to another user whom needed help about getting frame parts and my response to use assassination missions.... now which of us is violating terms of service.You might have DE add a term spam/profanity "baiting" .that is what that other user was dong is trying to get others users banned from chat and thus the game like me. seriously they have made a mistake and all your trying to do s trip me up to look like a bad person when i was not and its very easy to see i am not. p.s. i got time i cant play the game no more cause i cant speak .... p.s. on terms a service right there i see no area that says the word GAY is offensive nor spam, again they have made a mistake and i am calling em on it.... legally i did nothing wrong nor in any shape way or form in a terms of service....if the user before me was spamming such comments....then thats on him , i did not spam nor use profranity...perhaps we need this to go a bit more viral to have the real issue here solved like facebook and a few dozen streamers that know i just had this surgery ....perhaps im ht right person DE made the mistake with to get this issue fixed? you realize that the provincial leader of ontario where DE is located is in fact gay....wonder how she would feel about a chat baning use of term gay in a non profane non spam way as i did? you see why this needs to get fixed....what if she came into the game and someone in chat said , im glad the first female gay provincial leader came to play our game....and then got suspended....haha Edited January 17, 2018 by chronoss2008 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
