No, this was a concept video for Dark Sector shown at E3 2005. Dark Sector was, as I said, homogenized to mediocrity by publisher instead of becoming something like warframe, and was released in 2008-Ten years ago. Some concepts moved from Dark Sector to Warframe. Like the design for Excalibur. Edit: in regards to the Proto Excalibur skin, I believe that it's just a nod to Dark Sector.
