A possible "fix" for one of the most-often mentioned issues with conclave?

Its popular to hate conclave.

One of the most often-touted arguments that "Conclave sukks!" is that its too much of a movement-spam, preventing anyone from  hitting other people with lag and such, and dying in one-hit, etc.

There's a simple fix for this; re-implement the stamina bar, for Conclave only.

This thread again? It had been a while since the last time this idea popped up here on forums.

First: "conclave sukks!" Is not an argument but an opinion

Second: one of the reasons why people hate it actually is "conclave feels too disconnected from pve" (because most game mechanics can be easily bypassed with warframe powers) so adding a brand new resource exclusive to conclave would only make an actual disconnection between pve and pvp mechanics.

TLDR: No.

Making it less Warframe won't be an improvement by any stretch of the imagination.

The important part in the line above "with lag and such"

The speed and constant going of Warframe is largely part of its success.  However, gameplay with higher paced speed suffers more when lag is increased.  High-speed gameplay in a PvP scenario requires that the game mitigates lag, sometimes requiring some form of proper server support.

While I am one who enjoy's Warframe's PvP gameplay, I very rarely bother playing it myself.  Why is that?  Because of the massive elephant in the room that is lag.  Which is likely to never be fixed, since we won't likely ever see any form of proper server support for it as a game mode.  And without that server support, folks who try conclave get into laggy busted matches, and decide to avoid further trying PvP.  This in turn cycles back and cements that fewer folks try the PvP, doing even more harm to the overall playerbase presence within said PvP.

Laggy shenanigans is the core issue that holds Warframe's PvP back.

To counter lag, you would have to play on a proper setup dedicated with refresh at 60hz/120hz on a real fast connection. But setting them up for people without knowledge is same as running a server out if the box with the Launcher, bad. Finding such a server (if you ever connect to it) is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

It's too hard to re-implement something in current Conclave environment. Adding stamina bar isn't very good idea. Easier to normalize parkour movement speed and mobility than adding stamina

Actually, we had Stamina before in Parcours 1.0. The new bullet jump and aim-gliding makes the layout of the most older levels (where you actually had to wallrun up) depreciated. Why run along the wall, if you can jump halfway over the gap and glide the rest? As bullet jump came out, you could reach heights, as you only could do with Valkyrs Ripline before. On OD, there is a tall room upwards, with a hidden entrance and lots of boxes behind. In the old system, you had to figure out how to get there by Wallruns only, hoping your Stamina doesn't run out first. Now you just BulJump two times and get there casually.

However, you could disable bulletjumps and gliding for Conclave, but that is a topic to argue about. People who use it will complain and people who want to use it, equally.

So either, maps have to tweaked in a way to encourage players not to or use BJ in areas they make actually sense.

Or just make Bulletjumps/Gliding  consume energy. This makes energy drop pads Hotspots and chokes. No energy, no jump, no kiting, no warframe powers.

Just drop 1k Endo in a crowd of players. Get your popcorn, as they try to rip each other to shreds, just to keep/ get the Endo.
