Dojo Observatory + Operator Exploit In Dojo

     So, I just saw the option to place an observatory in my clan dojo, and it says that there’s not enough space, but when I place something of equal or greater size, I’m able to place it, and I was wondering why this happened and how can I fix this? I’m building it off a Temple of Honour. If you need a picture or something, my discord is Elemxntal#1919.

     Also, in the obstacle course if you go into operator mode and jump off, you’ll be teleported relatively close to the finish line, so you can go back into your warframe and then finish the course. You can get around 6 seconds if you try hard enough.

what rooms are you trying to see if will fit in the spot your trying to put the observatory as only other room that is better than it is the obstacle course
you might not have enough capacity to expand your dojos size with more rooms an need to make more halls to have more capacity

Possibility that you don't have enough space by it's dimensions as you can achieve this by having other rooms too close on the same floor that use some of the area required to build it, in the area you're trying.

Another possibility would be that you simply do not have enough capacity to build it so try upgrading your dojo some more. You need power for more rooms. This one is a big one.

I had the same message when I went to place a observatory I got round this by building a small hall way before the observatory, it just needed to be a tad further away from the room I was placing it off.

I did that as well, but it still doesn’t work.

 

What room did you place it off?

I have approx 30 reactors, and I’m confident that’s  enough to build an observatory. The space checks out but it doesn’t work.

As Alcatraz said, can you take a screen shot of the floor plan (M to open map of dojo)

also Elemxntal, does your room collide with another room above it or below it? some else to check.

You can take screenshots in warframe, you know...

Yeah.... it's F6. As the other guy mentioned you can take screenshots in Warframe. Saves straight to your pictures in the folder "Warframe" Anyway. Best I can see is you literally need to put a straight hallway on first, as the message is suggesting from what I gather.

Which means it's too close to something else in the area.

I’ve tried putting a hallway already, hasn’t made a difference.

Only thing that is near greater or equal size (I doubt that)is Obstacle course.With observatory I kinda broke my brain trying to figure out why I can't place it even tho there was enough space left and right...Last try and I figured it out...I had to destroy rooms below Observatory ,ones on lower level.Same thing should be for rooms on higher lvl,above it.Try that.I think it would work if there is room for it left and right from it.
