Host Migration Failure should put you in your own mission session

... instead of bumping you back to the Orbiter and ROBBING all your rewards. If you can't fix host migration reward issues, at least do this so we can salvage what we've rightfully earned.

This is what makes people call it a day and stop playing, and it's still a thing despite numerous cryouts for a fix? Really DE?

Was running Plague Star, used a Catalyst and a Phylaxis, Host Migrated during Hemocyte fight, both consumables lost.

I don't understand why finding a better solution for Host Migration failures (whether accidental or deliberately caused by a host) isn't a higher priority.

Another day, another long Kuva Survival run ruined by this crap.

I know there's no such thing as a perfect network or netcode, but no failsafe at all in case of severe network issues, really? It could be as simple as saving your entire progress every rotation (i.e. 5 waves/min, 1 excavator, 1 round of interception, etc.) instead of just the rotation rewards, and it would already have eased off a lot of unnecessary frustration.

What should really happen is to stop putting hosts on peoples computers and they should have host computers. It will never happen tho.

To provide quality servers worldwide for millions of players would cost a lot. Would have to become B2P or sub based game just to cover the costs.

Why do you say that? 

There are tons of FTP games out there all running all their own servers just fine.
