what are good snipers? I am thinking rubico. Is it a good weapon?

Rubico is pretty good. The highest damage sniper is the lanka (it has to charge its shots for max damage and crit though), and vectis is a reliable one.

I also recommend rad dmg for eidolons which I use a rib with high electric dmg with other dmg mods the rivs worth 1k plat though

yes specially if you zoon in x6 you get 50% additional crit dmg

it's purely up to you, if you like the weapon and you think you'll use it, go for it. If not, just sell it and get a new weapon xd

The Rubico has the highest damage growth per shot landed, but it also has the shortest window to score additional hits before it starts to degrade. I'd recommend use of Harkonar Scope. The Lanka is like a fairly good bow, but with zoom and a shot combo counter, so if you're good with bows then you'll probably take well to it.

Anything else not named "Vectis Prime" is (arguably) not quite good enough to justify the penalties that come with using a sniper rifle, but to be fair that's only two other weapons.

Also, every sniper has a different zoom bonus. For the Rubico it's crit damage, for the Lanka it's crit chance, and for the Vectis it's headshot damage.

yes, i forma it 4 times and with a riven mod i have 6k+ radiation with x6 crit dmg  and 90% crit chance add to this 50% crit dmg when you zoom x6

I personally prefer vectis (primed, and "better" is a very relative term in warframe.

Rubico, Lanka, Vectis Prime are the most common/recommended ones. I've personally only used Lanka and I enjoy it for eidolon hunting, but not regular content so much.
