So violence dropped maiming strike but then my entire squad got it and I didn't but I was there when he was killed where can I go to report this???

It's possible that for whatever reason you may have missed the pickup.
If you for sure saw that you had picked up "Violence's" drop (Torment drops Argon Scope), then you need to hit up Warframe support about this.

May take a few days up to a week for them to respond however, and by then the Acolytes will be gone and you may be out of luck. Not sure

Maiming Strike can't drop from Torment ( only drops from Violence and Misery ) , its not even in her drop table. Torment drops Argon Scope.

Go to the support site and file a ticket under the missions, alerts, and events tab.  There is a category there for missing end of mission rewards.  It is important to give them the all the details of the mission like time and especially the other players in the squad.  They can compare the DB entries of the other players against your entries and confirm what you are saying.

It has been a long time since I've had to file a ticket like this so I have no idea how long the response time will be.
