Equip the mod on any weapon, then do what it says, ie: mine said get 20 headshots without taking status damage, so i put the mod on a bow, and got 20 headshots. At the end of the mission, back on your ship, it reveals the mod. It can be any mission.

    I don't even have one!

I was thinking about what was gonna be next after the Syndicate Melee weapons reach PS4 & Xbox One. I have a suggestion... Syndicate Sentinels... Here is my list of each sentinel attached to each Sydicate.

Vaykor Diriga ( Steel Mederian )

Telos Wyrm ( Arbiters of Hexis )

Synoid Dethcube ( Cephalon Suda )

Secura Helios ( The Perrin Sequence )

Rakta Shade ( Red Veil )

Sancti Djinn ( New Loka )

What do you guys think? Yes or no?

Just swap Dethcube with Helios and you're good to go.

Maybe with the weaker weapons like Cronus you would need to reforge it multiple times in order for it to reach broken-war's level. With continually increasing resource and affinity costs, the effort that has to be spent on doing that would be more than enough compensation for having it become more powerful.

ps: I really like this idea, with something like this, you can keep reforging a weapon that you like, and make it viable even on the highest level missions.

I never said ir was a bad idea, but yeah, the costs should be looked into, as well as affinity.

It could be an alternative then, but without adjusting the values it just wouldn't be fair.

Personally, I'd use that on my Dakra Prime, since I like how it looks more than the Broken-War, so I can see how it could work out.

  4. Sounds fun, but probably not gonna happen. Also you'd have to change the reforging resource cost.

Imagine a rank 0-2 guy reforging a Cronus to Broken-War levels of damage.

Just go and look at Cronus' crafting cost. Basically, it feels like buying a mk-1 weapon from the market with a 12h delay.

well there are many speculations and concept ideas thrown about the past year +

and steve will probably tease more when its closer to ready , so after tww , umbra hype xD

I know as much, I've seen your posts and I liked the speculations, but they are still just speculations, so we don't really know what Umbra will be.

At least we know the theme is darkness and occlusion, so there's that :D

our hope is they try to expand it , but with the everything thats gone on with umrbas, we arnt even sure that will stay so

steve wants it to become a thing , and i sincerely hope it does

Yeah, but they also said they wanted them to feel special, not to make them "just another mastery fodder" or "powercreep".
And that would require some effort, as we all know. Just look at the Excalibur Umbra's case right now. Nothing but waiting and mystery...

stalker is orokin/tenno in escence, more like a rogue/insane operaive

meaning stalker's weapons are of tenno/orokin design

IIRC, the Stalker's weapons are said to be "Modified versions" of other weapons.
So as convoluted as it may sound, we're more likely to see those recreations of orokin weapons which Stalker himself modified, then the primes.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if his weapons weren't made by him, then why wouldn't they be sold on the market or elsewhere?
This logic applies to pretty much any weapon with a prime version of it, with two exceptions being the Reaper Prime and Dakra Prime.

It's posts like this that continues to rekindle my hopes for a DREAD PRIME. #goodlort :)

Dread is not Orokin in design, therefore it's impossible for a prime version to exist.

But hey, a man can always dream.

I'm fascinated that the delay was story-driven (rewrites, voice acting callbacks, etc) and would love to see/know why they had such conviction and how it differs from the original direction.

I'm hoping they decided on committing to introducing Umbra Warframes as a complete series of alternates to standard and Prime.

Unfortunately, they said not all frames will have an Umbra version, but the devs may change their mind by then, so I guess we'll see.

Lol i use them, because they look cool, the same with a lot of people. If you want to use the cheesy mainstream S#&$ just because its good then ok but please dont call yourself veteran like others do and dont talk without knowing anything

He didn't call himself a veteran, you're just projecting right now.

Also: I use the "mainstream" weapons, because they appeal to me. I never liked the Simulor, or Tonkor for that matter, but I use my Tigris Prime all the time. Not because it's really good, but because I like how it feels.

At least bows all differ from one another, unlike some assault rifles.

I'm confident if will, after all the troubles that a wrong ETA caused back in April, I'm pretty sure that they would have never provided a release date or a month unless they were 100% sure this time.

    This.

I'm 100% positive they wouldn't set a date for it in fear of another community backlash.

Unless they were actually ready this time.

Here is one of the flesh types for infested, also used on ancient healer, instead of blast and corrosive dealing +50% and +75% damage you would instead have 100% damage but no chance of having negative (or bonus) damage like radiation / toxin and cold would deal 100% damage instead.

I fail to understand how this would improve the game.
