I have seen pretty much everything Warframe has to offer, yet I'm still having fun.
It depends, some people get bored really fast, others come back daily and still enjoy the game.
If you feel burnt out then do as already suggested many times - take a break. -
I have a golden rule to sorties:
Spy, Rescue and Mobile Defense always solo.
Spy - you know you're not going to fail randomly, and even if you do you can only blame yourself.
Rescue - makes it so much faster.
Mobile Defense - because I don't want to get yelled at for using Limbo.
By going solo, you ensure victory, and make it harder for "leeches".
Two birds with one stone.

This reminded me of the ending of Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones.
You would keep hitting the "bad guy", and he would just come right back to mock you, for you didn't realize you were becoming him.
You can't fight him.
You have to run, for the first time.

I think that everyone's overreacting.
You still have maiming strike for any weapon you like, but if you dont, you can always get a riven for that.
And as to why DE made that decision, I personally think that there wasn't much thought process that went into it.
It's not like it harms anyone. I'd probably do the same. -

Personally I think you're overreacting, but throwing insults at people wont help your case if you want to achieve anything.

His action were his own, what he said was on him and no one else.

I'm going to agree with the people who said it before:
Everyone was a 'd-bag' in this situation, but the Frost player didn't do anything wrong to begin with, let him use his abilities...
I'm not trying to protect him, but he was provoked into such a reaction, no wonder he got angry.
If you don't like something, go solo or friends/invite only. That will save you a lot of anger and trouble.

No, I don't think your opinion is invalid, but I just disagree with it. Braton Prime isn't an "ok" gun in terms of damage, it's definitely more than that.
And also, you don't have to dedicate yourself to see if it fits you, true, but to see how well it performs you really have to. It's got no polarities baseline, after all.

Fanged Fusillade isn't essential, Malignant Force you can get from a few 5-minute runs on Mot, and Heavy caliber you can switch up with a 90% elemental mod if you don't like it.

Braton Prime is a great weapon in the right hands.
Just go for a status build, put on the holy trinity of damage and any "utility" mod like shred / fast hands.
Personally I like it much more than a Soma for instance. -

Personally I like your idea, though I know many wouldn't, so I think it'd be best if we got to choose which queue we wanted.
You could always spice things up by adding a slight boost to drops / xp for that mode or something like that.
I'd definitely play that over what we have with my friends.
