    That was the idea behind it, maybe they just wanted to symbolize the strenght of the weapon.

    Which is? Lato Prime has better status, better crit and now better damage. the strength of the weapon was raw damage over the Lato Prime while the Lato Prime had better status and crit.

    Lato Prime is a buff, overall damage of Lato Vandal is a nerf.

    MR will match power of the weapon, and they willingly put Lato Vandal at MR7 and nerfed it a bit and put Lato Prime at MR14 and buffed it, even though they both currently are equal in power.

    Anyone who has Lato Vandal/Prime has the weapons for over 5 years already so that argument means nothing when talking about these 2.

    Mastery Rank increased from 4 to 7

    Status chance increased from 5% to 10%

    Crit chance increased from 20 to 26%

    Critical damage increased from 2x to 2.4x

    Damage decreased from 50 to 46

     

    Lato Prime

    Mastery Rank increased from 6 to 14

    Damage increased from 37 to 48

    Currently both Vandal and Prime are at about the same power level, with Vandal having more raw damage and Prime having 20% status and 30% crit.

    So why might I ask, would you make the Lato Vandal into a MR7 weapon and the prime into a MR14 weapon?

    Everyone who has any of these weapons has no excuse to not be over MR14 by now unless they didn't care enough about the game, so don't tell me it's because of that.

    You are correct, I just read the hotfix and somehow forgot by the time I made the post, my bad, will remove that. Still curious about Nidus though.

First of all, I just love this last hotfix, so many welcomed changes like the lures teleporting to the player (hurray for 5-6 solo eidolons per night), but the thing that really caught my eye is how the warframe specters got changed, they shoot smarter, move smarter and apparently they now consistently use all their abilities.

    So, I got a question mostly for the people with Nidus specters. Does he get stacks in order to cast his 3 and 4? Or because he's a specter DE didn't code him to get stacks as previously specters basically didn't use more than 1-2 skills and then just resorted to shooting till the end of their life.

    I can already imagine how useful they will be now with all kinds of buffs being dished out left and right.

    After you get out of the pool though the feedback would likely be a lot less severe, as the opperators arent litterally in the brains of the frame.

    Depends if it happens before or after The War Within, remember that in The War Within the tenno learns to do transference without the need of the special chair, if it is before the War Within then most likely it would fry his brain, but if it's after The War Within then he'd just get kicked back into his human form taking the Oro with him.

    I both agree and disagree with that.

    I don't agree that you should be able to buy them directly with plat because part of the sales of those items goes to the ones that created them.

    BUT, players that have those skins already SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRADE THEM with other players for platinum.

    Tho I find Oberon works very well with max efficiency, some duration and decent power strength. Just don't forget to go back into the warframe every now and then to make sure he still has energy to keep the heal going. Also I'd advise getting level 30 lures instead of level 15-19. Sure you won't have enough damage to take it down instantly and without a godly riven on Euphona/Lanka with radiation damage  expect 30+ seconds to take it down after the shields, but at least the lures are safe which makes it less stressful.

    Oh, that explains a lot if you haven't tried, because every person I spoke with that was like "OmG WhErE ArE FiShEs?!?" did something wrong, either used bait in incorrect area or didn't throw the bait in bubbly water or didn't try to go solo (possible bug where rare fish won't spawn if you're not host, not sure tho)

    If that's really the case then me getting ~15 Murks from 10 baits and you getting 0 from 20 baits, is not RNG, but most likely some sort of bug. Try going in the plains alone, could be that only the host can make them spawn under the conditions I mentioned.

    Actually most of DE's recent reworks were aimed at making all of a warframe's abilities more useful (how successful that was is still debatable). And I'm pretty sure DE makes abilities for them to be used, pretty sure that's why they started nerfing nuke frames 3 years ago, since they were one trick ponies (see excal, ash, saryn, mag). Hopefully they'll change this ability too, at least now when this warframe's still fresh.

    Here's a tip, throw the bait in areas where the bubbly water forms, I'm assuming you're going after Murkrays, they seem to spawn more at night for me, from 10 baits I got ~15 of them.

When I just have enemies that are shooting at them, they seem to do pretty well. It's when I get something like a Heavy Gunner in there doing a Slam Attack that I notice they can instantly die.     My idea fixes that as well, the Slam Attack is just a hit. Sure it hits them all, but won't break them if they won't have health anymore, instead it takes a certain number of hits before breaking. And balancing that won't be hard, does it feel too strong? just increase the hits they can take before breaking so enemies won't die too fast, but that also adds CC to the ability, so DE can choose if they want them to have more CC or more killing potential.

  15. Make the mirrors take a number of hits in order to shatter instead of having HP. Enemy that kills the mirror also dies. Useful vs some enemies with high attack speed, semi-useful vs others with slow attack speed (means it won't be OP).  Infinite scaling. Infinite fun.

    • Just like the original 6 Syndicates which use  (marks, medallions, emblems ect.)  

    That's way too much since you get the Cores much easier and faster than you could get medallions.

    Still, it should be like this:

    • Intact Sentient Core: 250 Standing
    • Exceptional Sentient Core: 750 Standing
    • Flawless Sentient Core: 2000 Standing

Sorry to destroy your hopes and dreams people, but it's just bug, sometimes when the host enters operator mode he fires the old madurai beam from his chest for a few seconds ,for the other people in the room, and where he entered in operator a headless Excalibur that kneels appears (just like in Focus 1.0 when you held 5 your frame kneels while you did the attack)

    Me: Sadly, yeah.

    Would be nice if they'd release on Friday at least, that way everyone can play, hell, any major release should happen on Friday, so busy people can enjoy more of it on weekends, or with friends.
