I would think that most of the issue such bullet damage and melee knockback can be avoided with rolling or dodging. The problem is not that the blocking is bad, it just has no use in the game, where the enemy that use melee has slow movement, you have to wait for them to come to you.

The reflection has only some use to certain faction. Corpus might work, but grineer won't work because they have armor that reduce the damage. Tbh DE should turn into a passive for melee weapon instead of being a mod

Dude, I didn't say that PoE is dead, what I said is that DE forgotten about PoE, there's only events that is keeps repeating. The last update that is related with PoE is revenant of the mask, which is 1 hour quest that add nothing to the plains.
There's so much potential at PoE, for example raiding an underground high level enemy base, a raid boss would be cool as well.
But you know what we get, eidolons. Which is disappointing to fight this boss cause it relies invincibility state. Then there's the problem with the mission design (bounties), is just copy paste from the mission that is available in the star chart, then you have the rewards, mods are okay, but putting stuff such relics and a small amount of kuva, Endo and credit has no real use in the bounties.

I have been playing this game for quite some time, and I come to realize that blocking with melee weapon is kinda useless. Because the enemies that use melee Is very small compared to the ones that use guns. Not to mention most of the enemies that uses melee use machete, only 1 that use a dual weapons, a hammer and a fist. They're also slow as well, making them vunerable for you to have a time to attack them, while also making the parry function useless as well
Enemies should be able to use weapon from the clan research. Like a grineer that uses jat kusar, a corpus using arca titron. They should be able to move more faster as well as they focus on getting closer and able to use their own stance that fits their bodies structure

1. Volt is described as high dealing damage frame where he's abilities is more of support to be honest, if they want to create volt as a high dealing damage frame, they need to buff his 4 add something like "each you time you proc lighting, it gain 50% more damage, caps are 200%)
2. Vauban one of the thing that baffles me is that he is supposed to be an engineer frame, but all he does is throw balls. I would be fine if they gave us something an like exalted turret, and combine 1 with minelayer (buffing them as well), then add a new ability for 2nd ability.

Rivens aren't endless. Aside from the fact that a very small minority of the playerbase is interested in the Riven economy, most people don't care about Rivens for 90% of weapons. You could theoretically build a Riven for every single weapon you're even slightly interested in, but then the issue isn't that Rivens have an endpoint; it's that no sane person is willing to do that much of the exact same grind for so long.
Endless content =/= endless enjoyment, especially when said content is literally just farming a resource and then rolling random numbers on a purple rectangle.
To be honest I am hoping they are not making a another open world because it will be forgetten once more like PoE (the flying eidolon and the eidolon hasn't been even released and there is no info if they're still in development or not). Maybe they could focus on making new mission, rework old frames (I am looking at you Vauban), made a game mode that has difficulty, and bring other relevant updates such as pet 3.0, enemy AI, more content for PoE.

On topic, you know the OP is in high school when the only question answered is "what do I like".
Have you ever thought about how that would be financially feasible, or what would happen if the primes catch up to the normal variants, why are some frames more represented in tennogen and would your solution fix that, would less themes actually help cosmetic creators with inspired ideas, why would an alternative skill palette be implemented for a frame when you can just make another frame, how are skills going to fit thematically, how is having less frames bringing more cosmetic diversity...etc.
Well I know what happen when prime catches up to the normal one, result is No prime access, no income for DE. I didn't agree on OP at all so not sure why you are responding to me, however each year has 4 prime access (each is 3 months) if DE were to stop making new frames, they will still have a lot frames that can be use for prime. (Such as equinox, nezha, wukong, Titania, harrow and etc)
Well if they implement a new skill onto a Warframe it could help with diversity build, I mean the current frame has only 2 to 4 build that. So it's not overall a bad idea to add more diversity build. though implement augment to the Warframe skill and making a skill tree is another option, the one problem is that some of the augment are down useless, and some are quite good.
Though if we are talking about skill that is theme, there is a few frames doesn't really fit the theme, which is Vauban you throw a ball, I mean he is an engineer, it would make sense to give him an exated turret.
As far for tennogen goes, I don't really understand about the market tennogen. So I am not going to bother with this one

riven are terrible for endgame, they haven't even to bother to fix the issue
1. Riven are mutiple layers of RNG, DE need to let us to keep 1 stat and roll the other
2. After 10 rolls you will need 3,500 kuva just to roll 1 time, DE needs to give us scaling kuva survival so we don't need to suffer

we have augment mod, So instead of new skill, implement the augment directly to the Warframe ability instead of being just mod, they should made the augment as an direct upgrade instead wasting a mod slot. Though some of the augments are garbage but other are pretty good

The problem is for the new player, they have no information of the game, they don't know that this mods can be aquired through farming and playing the game

I know nobody buys them, but can DE remove this? Especially if there's a new player, think that "oh I can get some great mods in there". We can get the mods as well from farming, so what's the point of this being existed.
