  1. In any case OP, I support this. Have my +1s, and don't mind the anti-SJWs. They can be even worse than SJWs.

"Why do you want different body builds for fem frames? I don't get it." FashionFrame, for one. I'll finally be able to dress my frame up as someone other than a waif/standard body. #trueendgame

"Zarya is unrealistic!" Bruh. Have you even seen any real life female wrestlers/Olympic athletes? Also, Rhino's bara tiddies are unrealistic.

"It makes sense that male frames are bulky, they're armoured." ... So why not have armoured female frames too?

"Small, lithe bodies are good for parkour, and besides, size doesn't matter because they're stronk!" *point at Rhino* That is not a body designed for graceful movement, yet I can solve Void puzzles in less than a minute with it. Bad argument.

"The femininity is a theme!" What? The only recurring theme with frame design is the technorganic aspect. You got some frames that look completely infested, others that look completely robotic, and others in between.

    "Yer a SJW!" Sod off.

  2. Most likely a bug: I've completed the final mission and received Titania's Neuroptics, but unlike others who have completed the quest I have not received another message from Amaryn, which does not let me obtain Titania's main BP and finish her Quest. Not sure if this is an isolated case or not.

    Is this because I'm Exiled?

EDIT: I was playing through the Quest Solo - might not be relevant, but who knows.

EDIT 2: Apparently going into another mission and completing it was enough for the message to trigger. False alarm.

  3. Community created frames are usually broken as all hell and/or are basically the creator's OC. Like Genoscythe said, the devs aren't against borrowing some concepts, but a carbon copy is highly unlikely.

Besides, there's yet to be a frame that I do not like due to looks. They all have FashionFrame potential.

  4. How many hours are in your profile?

    1226.

Have you taken any long periods of breaks, and if so, how long and why?

    None, honestly.

When did you start playing warframe?

I'd say late 2014, give or take.

How many clans in warframe have you been apart of?

    At least 3.

Were you apart of leadership in any of those clans?

Not once, although I'm glad for that. I'm no good for administration.

If so, aside from direct clan problems, how has the development of the game affected the members?

Many have quit the game (and the clan) because they got burnt out.

Have your views changed over the years?

    Definitely.

If so was it due to the community, or in game experiences?

Both. As a rule of thumb, one backed up the other.

Were you an avid viver/draco player?

I never got to visit Viver in its heyday, but I do admit I used Draco frequently. It was an easy, available shortcut to the time consuming task of Forma and Mastery Unlocking.

What is your favorite game mode, and what is your favorite part of the game?

    Spy, and the lore.

    What is your least favorite?

The diluted droptables in Spy/Sortie rewards.

Do you prefer to play with clan members or public games?

Clan members. Most coop games are much more fun to play if they're with people you know.

What level missions are you most comfortable with without needing a team of super specific loadouts?

At what level? Below 30, I can deal with pretty much anything.

Do you still have many things to complete/collect in the game?

Yep. Barely through half of the game's weapons/warframes/companions, and I've still got Kuria/Ceph Fragments left to hunt down. I'm all caught up with Quests though.

What is your opinion on pvp/dark sectors?

Conclave is difficult but entertaining, certainly better than the old DS. Dark Sectors are a mystery right now.

Have Youtubers been a large influence or source of your knowledge about the game?

    Not really.

Do you consider yourself a casual, heavy, or hardcore gamer?

I am well past casual, but I don't spend entire days playing Warframe.

What is your background in gaming in general? (ie: fps, mmorpg, strategy, etc etc)

    Very varied.

Compared to other communities in other games, how does Warframe compare?

Eh, more of the same. It's got its great side and its awful side. Nothing new there.

What keeps you playing the game?

The fun of it, so long as I stay in level 10 missions. The Quests are fun, too.

What do you hope for long term in future updates?

More weapons with interesting mechanics - the Stradavar was a missed opportunity, but the Heliocor is fascinating.

What things would you like to see given attention in the near future?

A thorough revision of Affinity - so many problems can be traced back to it.

Without going into too many details, what are you opinions on any experiences with Warframe Support?

Multiple times, messages I send through the box that pops up once WF crashes never get sent.

Overall, what is your view of Warframe and its business model?

As it is, the game still has difficulty with retaining new players. This is unsustainable, and needs continuous work - it's not something you can patch up once and walk away from.

  5. This needs many more views. Given the title though, most will probably brush this off as "just another Draco loving complainer's rant".

We used to joke about the "Year of Quality", but this is no longer funny. It's disappointing. The devs need to see this.

  6. Has anyone actually managed to beat a single Rush mission?

i have the feeling it would be a legitimate challenge in the previous system, but, as fancy as 6-axis flight sounds, it's nigh-unplayable. Any Corpus mission is a nightmare due to the thousand twist and turns. The minimap is even worse than before because, without an up or down, where your objective is becomes very confusing after you've been fighting/rolled a few times. Grineer missions are okay, but the minimap issue persists.

Quite frankly, I had some fun with Archwing before. Today, I leave each mission with less and less tolerance for the gamemode.

  7. I had a brief ancient culture phase five years or so ago. I learned everything I could, looked wherever something interesting caught my eye. At some point, I came across the whole Abraxas/Abrasax concept, and it hooked me. Abraxas would have been my name, but it was already taken. I absolutely despise using numbers in usernames, so, from a source I do not recall, I got Achaix - allegedly an alternate name for Abraxas, though I doubt that was true.

In any case, it grew on me. Has a bit of a Celtic, Asterix kind of vibe. Plus, it's an endless source of dank Jontron memes.

'Nothin' to be worried about.' Right, Lusith isn't believing that for a second.. Kate seemed plain and clearly like she were overly distressed. Pushing Lusith away and saying she's fine won't simply hide that. Lusith folded her arms and tilted her head as she tried to figure out what she'd do about Kate.

"Kate..? It's okay. Really.. I don't like to see you this way.."

Lusith moved beside Kate and put her hands endearingly on both of her shoulders, about to guide her away at her request if she would ask.

"Come to my room with me Kate. Here is not a good place for this. At least you should have privacy.. You don't have to act tough to impress me, friend.. And I don't think any less of you if you want to vent to me."

"'Come to my room'?" Kate giggled, or seemed to. The sound and gestures were similar, but something was fundamentally off with them. "Easy there tiger, you didn't even buy me a drink."

Unsteadily, she pushed Lusith's hands away from her shoulders and stood. She was starting to regret leading the Valkyr on, but hey. You had to live with your actions regardless of what your intentions were.

"I'm... I'm gonna walk to my own room, then be there by myself for a while. If you want to walk with me, sure, just... don't follow into my quarters."

    Maina:

Suiting her personality better with a restorative warframe had often been suggested to Maina. Every time, the Banshee had remained adamant that she would not stray from the path that Mother had chosen for her, until the person eventually gave up. In some things, there was no sense in discussing with the little woman.
"Many hearts have shed all their tears and blood, only to find themselves as cold as their blades. Space is too cold for a lone soul to endure, I think." she pondered sadly. Instead of tears, her eyes shed compassion for those unfortunate souls. "That's why mother guides her children to share her warmth and wisdom to our best abilities. Those who can't hear her whispers, nor see her grace, are ours to tend to. I don't think it's that noble... it's just human, living by my heart."
With her being 'in charge' of the Manifold's crew, for now, but she didn't say that aloud.

When Abra answered her embrace, Maina was even more suprised of the Oberon. She stayed in her position for a moment, then hugged him kindly, until her cheek laid against his chest again. "I hear a good heart in you. I don't think you will need much help. But don't think I will be any less open to you because of that, yes? Just as for everyone else, I'll be there for you whenever you need it." Her tone was far from making this an inappropiate offer - she sounded just like a sister speaking to her sibling. A big sister, ironically.
Then she let go of Abra, smiling at him. "I guess I'll send Sah'jey a message now. Then she can decide for herself when she wants me to see her." The thought crossed her mind that being in control of this little aspect of her life might actually strengthen her confidence, lessen the feeling of helplessness. But this came just after she had decided what to do, it wasn't like she had thought about it that much. And just a split-second later, the thought was gone again, carried onward by the wind.
To carry out what she announced, she looked around to find her CPID laying on one of the flowerbed's edges, where she had left it thoughtlessly.

Abra was rather embarrassed - it had been a long time since he had opened himself up to anybody, even if it was only for a moment.

    "Thank you for that."

Nevertheless, he cherished that moment before she pulled away. There was a bond here - what it meant to each other was uncertain and not very solid, but it was a bond nonetheless, and Abra was glad to have it.

Content with what had already been said, he returned to his work, cataloguing flora with a slight smile.

  9. WatchMojo don't care about the quality of their content, they only give a damn about the amount of clicks they can bait. And don't get me started on how they completely ignore fan polls.

    Actually, I'll get myself started.

It was at least a year or so ago, when WM set up a poll to decide the list in their next video, "Top Ten Anime Vampires". Overly narrow superlative aside, the poll showed clear results once it closed: Dio Brando from JJBA led by a sizable margin, followed by Alucard from Hellsing and so on (strangely enough, the poll had the same character twice, though I don't recall the name).

Yet the video had absolutely no mention of Dio Brando, despite claiming the list was based on the poll. Despite Dio Brando leading the poll, Alucard was presented as number one. On top of that, Dio wasn't even in the Honorable Mentions.

Quite frankly, WatchMojo is the EA of top ten videos. They don't deserve their sub count. I don't mind them advertising Warframe, but I sure as hell won't watch their video.

  10. If you mean written roleplaying, that specific forum is still going strong. But if you mean ingame roleplay, I've hardly ever seen it. Sure, roleplayers on the forum do engage in Fashion Frame, take screenshots and use those for a character profile.

As a setting, Warframe is just as rich as Mass Effect. There's nothing keeping you from making a Corpus or Grineer character, although Infested/Sentient are very much "eh". Are there any sapient Infested? Are there individuals amongst the fragments of Hunhow? Just dropping into a thread with one of those is very likely to leave a bad impression. Made up frames aren't always welcome either. Sometimes, some people go too far to make their character a super special snowflake (I did this myself before I learned better), and it can lead to ridiculously overpowered Mary Sues.

But overall it's pretty great. Like SilverBones said, it's a lot like a collaborative fanfic.

Ah, I'm just poking fun at the train wreck that is current american politics. TL;DR to everyone who does not live in the united states: take me with you.

Argentina's advancing nicely lately. We've got great food, good wine, beautiful women, picturesque landscapes, and excellent music. Not to mention that the government is being flushed of most corruption too.

  12. I just came across an unforeseen issue with Oberon: Exterminate missions.

A Hyekka master summoned a couple of ugly cats, and I walked near. Switching sides, the Hyekkas registered as allies and could not be killed as long as they were within range and the effect lasts. No problems there.

The real snag presented itself as soon as I cleared the room and went to the other red dots. The Beastmaster'd Hyekkas did not follow me, and I was a good distance away before they registered as enemies again and forced me to backtrack. When I did so, I tried to get them to follow me, but they just stayed there. In the end, I put some distance between us and shot them before they got into my range again.

This was mildly bothersome at first and became downright annoying from the second time onwards. There is something seriously wrong with a passive if, on top of being highly situational, it does not even work as it should.

An ally, Beastmaster'd or not, should at least try to keep up with the player and not act as though they were radproc'd.

I'm sorry if I sound rude, but this is just another reason to change or at least adjust Oberon's passive. It's not quirky or fun. At this point, I'd rather not have a passive at all.
