  1. That is complete uncharted territory, i dont think it would work, you may just have to contact support and see if they can do something since Switch is the only platform that Platinum doesnt carry over. Otherwise, if they cannot help you may just have to sell some stuff on pc and then spend the plat to name change.
  2. Why not open your closed-minded console community to the wonders of a Universal Account? Become many with the Grand Unified Experience. Embrace unification and help convert the poor wayward Tenno who cannot yet see the majesty. Lift the veil clouding their vision so that they may be a part of something much greater than just languishing on their console.
  3. I don't think forcing people to switch is the best way. Just make it a persistent inbox message like Baro. Each time you login it pops up reminding you to activate cross save. I started on Xbox and now have cross save active. Trading has never been better for me. If they don't want to do it, oh well. They can be left behind, doesn't affect me at all.
  4. If you run across someone that you cannot trade with because they have not enabled cross save, just ask them "Why are you being lazy?". When they inevitably do not have a good reason, you can help walk them through the simple process to bring them into the future. It seems very much akin to an older person saying that technology is too hard without putting any effort into learning it.
  5. This should solve the problem with Switch trading. With platinum trading being inaccessible across platforms provided one of the platforms is Switch, create an exchange spot in the market for all platforms. Create a new stacking item (NSI) that can be traded between anyone and is a 1:1 exchange both ways in the market or other easily accessible location. Example: Switch user has 12 platinum and wants to trade with Playstation user. Switch user exchanges 12 platinum for 12 NSI. Trade commences and Switch user trades 12 NSI to Playstation user for desired item. Playstation user then exchanges the 12 NSI for 12 platinum.

  7. So all those rules were listed beforehand on how trading would work if you enabled. They disclosed all of it ahead of time. If you went through with it, you really have nothing to complain about. By enabling cross-save you "accepted the terms and conditions" laid out in advance.
