I know we cant change body shape but what if some 1 can create skin 2 look like this:

Certainly looks cool, but it's gonna be a no-go. You can't change the model at all.

You can change the model to an extent, that's how you bake your maps. But not this far. There is a limit to it. IMO, artists like Hitsu San know exactly how far it can go

That would possible if you keep a second layer of material under the holed material, but not sure it would fit warframe.
Anyways, this is a great way to create cloth or strap that follow an existing shape on zbrush.
