Are the costs in ticker's secondhand randomized?

I know what appears in ticker's secondhand inventory is randomized, but are the costs of the decorative items in Ticker's secondhand randomized? Like do the COSTS change when the item reappears in ticker's inventory every 24 hours? I really want the widebody ore transportation vehicles but he's currently charging a large number of familial debt bonds for those and I currently have to save those for ranking up in the Solaris United syndicate.

I don't know for sure but if it's like the equivalent vendors in Cetus then the costs can vary each time.

Hello fellow Tennos.

I have been going to the Ticker and can confirm that the Ticker's Secondhand costs can change. With this said you are better off waiting until the price is by training and shelter bonds.

If at any chance you dont trust me, Screenshot all of his Items and then the next Day compare the costs ;)

for me its incentive to credit farm. i generally buy out everything that doesn't require fortuna fishing/mining materials i don't have an abundance of cus i have only gone fishing like twice lol
