Selling prime stuff for price it shouldn't be sold for

Alright i saw a guy on warframe market who's wants to buy banshee prime neuroptics for A platinum and i am not mentioning the price because (i wanna make profit) and the price is high and if i sell my neuroptics for it at the High A platinum and later the guy realizes that the prime part i sold was not for that price it was much lower. will i get banned? or punished for selling a item higher than its normal price without the buyer knowing

Its a free market ... If both parties agreed to the price before the trade (if you have a proof there was an agreement) - you wont be punished.
But don't get your hopes up that you wont be after an "x" times of it.

It is a free market. Prices aren't set in stone.

There is no punishment.

It all depends on your bargaining skills.

The price lists are just a reference on price trends. A suggestion, not a rule book.

Keep making profits. The Void be the word, and the word be profit.

Buyer agrees on the price
Trade is done

Other potential prices are irrelevant, the trade was agreed upon and completed. No bans, etc.

How would the seller know if it isn't? Furthermore, why should the seller be on the hook for someone elses deception?

Unfortunately that's how DE operates in these situations at the moment.
