Garuda Files are officially available in the Steam Workshop! Before you ask -- yes, her claws are included! 

Much like Revenant, she is made using new tech, so there are some missing textures in her ZIP file. It’s on you as the creator to make these maps yourself without any reference files.

Below is a list of what is included in the ZIP: 

  • Normal
  • Emissive
  • Tintmask
  • Body, Helmet, and Claw meshes

To be clear, you are expected to still make the specular, roughness and diffuse maps -- we simply can’t send you a reference for comparison.

Can’t wait to see what you all make for our gore queen! :community:

UPDATE - March 28/2022:

Garuda Prime comes with the Prime Toggle for TennoGen, but her Talons will not take custom TennoGen textures due to the base model being too different. This will not affect the player's ability to customize her tints, they'll simply be using the Garuda Prime Talon textures. Regular Garuda will still have the ability to use custom TennoGen Talon textures without issue.

If you're an artist or a Tenno who had concerns about the TennoGen textures not applying properly to your Garuda Prime Talons, this is why. That is the intended result, not a bug! Thank you for your understanding, Tenno.

Honestly, I would love to see a Kerrigan/Queen of Blades-themed Tennogen.

Okay, obviously not exactly like Kerrigan, because of copyright and besides, I'm sure our artists can find a way to add on the extra gory touch that Garuda deserves. But something with a similar aesthetic.

Well that's due to how they are setup. Regulators can be directly equipped with skins. In this case, the Talons are being overlapped with a new model due to the Prime version. It's similar to how you can enable the Prime Details of a Warframe and wear a TennoGen skin, but the skin won't affect the Prime aspects of that Warframe. Really the only 'solution' to this would be for DE to allow directly customizable abilities for Garuda, but that definitely would take some extra effort on their end.

We can only hope and rant, because ruining it for those who used garuda before the prime release is not a real solution either. Having to choose between 200 more energy and sleek looks just hurts. 

Edit: if i'm not mistaken her prime talons actually can use deluxe skin, from garuda hinsa, is that right ? if that's the case then dam

Tennogen not applying to the Prime model is fine, but could you not add the base Talon as a selectable skin for her prime claws so people can use the cosmetics they made and/or paid for? It's frustrating to have to either choose between mismatched cosmetics and better stats, or properly matched cosmetics (-primes) and worse stats.

Bad excuse, fix it.

It's a horrible excuse that the model is too different. Then change it or optimize it. If its the intended result to directly handicap the fashion frame on a skin, who are we saving by not just making it work?

YOU GUYS MADE IT WORK FOR THE HINSA SKIN LIKE WHAT IS THE ISSUE!?!
