Would this Baruuk build be viable?

Gonna be a while for me to get the endo needed for the correct levels of modding.
Trying for one build rules all. The 200 range is for the 360 dodge for hacking stuff and reviving team mates etc.

Maybe someone has some suggestions?

Alas, I'd say that kinda doesn't work for Baruuk, though.

You either want high Range for Elude and Lull, or negative Range and high Strength for Desolate Hands.
(BTW, Operator still works fine for undisturbed hacking / reviving.)

Running a maxed Overextended instead of Stretch plus a not-fully-ranked one seems weird to me,
you're trying to make up for the Strength loss with Blind Rage but that then tanks your Efficiency,
making it actually harder to keep up the perma-Elude you've more or less based your build on,
plus if you do want to keep up Desolate Hands on a +Range build, you also want Efficiency for that.

FWIW, this is what my "all-round" build attempt ended up looking like :

Corrosive Projection, Vigilante Pursuit (R4)
Umbral Intensify (R9), Transient Fortitude (R9)
Stretch, Primed Continuity
Streamline, Fleeting Expertise (R4)
Umbral Vitality (R9), Adaptation

A good deal of daggers, decent Range on Lull / coverage on Elude,
high Efficiency to keep using everything all the time.

If u need some inspiration here are my builds

My 1st one is kinda what you want i belive, all his his skills are viable with those stats tho with so much range runaway daggers are a bit annoying
